Summertime is in full swing.  Families taking vacations, Junior and Teen Camp is upon us, and Vacation Bible School is just around the corner.  This time of year can be fruitful or fatal to the christian.  While many are enjoying the warmth and times of vacation we can tend to put God and our spiritual life on the back burner not realizing the mistake that is occuring in our life.  Stay safe spiritually with your walk with God.  Take heed to the dangers that Satan distracts us with.  Keep reading and studying your Bible, make your prayer life important to you, and be sure to faithfully have devotions with your family on a daily basis.

If you are visiting with us, we pray that you will be encouraged and strengthened by the Word of God.  If you do not have a church home, would you prayerfully consider making Victory Baptist Church your church home.  Our people love the Lord and love people.  We desire to see God magnified in each ministry.

We our celebrating the 35th. anniversary of Victory Baptist Church this week of July 10th. and 11th.  There will be special services on Saturday, July 10th. with Evangelist John Hankins preaching and on Sunday, July 11th. Pastor Dan Stinger will be preaching in the 10:00am hour and Evangelist John Hankins will be preaching in the 11:00am hour.  Immediately following the services we will have dinner on the grounds and a service following the meal. It would be an honor to have you celebrate this Lord's day wit us.  Have a blessed day and serve the Lord faithfully.

Praise the Lord warm weather has arrived and hopefully here to stay for the months to come.  God has been good to us in many ways.  We have seen souls saved in the services and on soulwinning.

Summertime is an excellent time to purpose and win souls to Christ for the building of the Lord's house.  We are desireous to see souls saved and snatched out of their destination of eternal seperation from the Lord. Soulwinning is a vital part of the ministry here at Victory Baptist Church and we thank the Lord for those who see people who need Jesus Christ and take the command of Jesus to witness to them.

If you are looking for a church to join and serve the Lord, we trust that you would prayerfully consider making Victory Baptist your home church.  We love the Lord and love people.

Enjoy these warm months out of the year and plan to plant the seeds of salvation in the hearts of many while the weather is warm and people are stirring about.  Before we know it the warmth will be gone and the winter months upon us so determine now to use your time wisely and Continue to serve Christ by telling others the Story that will Save souls and give them an eternal home in Heaven.

Have a blessed day and strive to please the Lord in all the activities of the day.

Keep Christ First,

Pastor Dan Stinger,   II Timothy 3:14

Dear Friend,

A new month has arrived and the hope of spring to coom soon is on our minds.  It is always a joy to know that just around the corner a season of life and warmth is almost here.  We, as believers in Christ, can rejoice in knowing that no matter what circumstamces that surround us in life, we know that just around the corner a life with Jesus Christ and loved ones await us.  It is a joy to know that we, who have trusted Christ and asked Him into our hearts, will be with our Saviour for eternity and all of life's troubles will be over.

If you are visiting with us today, our prayer is that you recieve a blessing.  If you do not have a Bible believing Baptist church, we pray that you would prayerfully consider making Victory Baptist your church home.  We love the Lord and love people.  We desire to see souls saved and grow in the grace of our Saviour.  Thank the Lord for the new converts and many visitors that have been with us in the services.

The month of March brings Springtime and warmer weather.  This month is a busy month for the church and activities taking place in the many ministries of the church.  Be sure to be faithful to the activities and determine to be an encouragement to the brethren.  We look for a bright future in the lives of men and women in our Jerusalem and to the uttermost.  Share the gospel plan of Christ to those you see in the world and glorify God for the many blessings He has bestowed on us.  Have a great day and put Christ first in your life's priorities today.

Pastor Dan Stinger, II Timothy 3:14

FEBRUARY----An Everlasting Love

Monday, 01 February 2010 13:54

Thank God for His everlasting love for mankind.  As we pass through one month and begin a new month, we need to ponder on the love Christ has shown to us and purpose to serve Him wholeheartedly.  The prophet Jeremiah writes in Jeremiah 31:3: The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee..   God reaches toward men with kindness motivated by an everlasting love He has for you and I.  Will you let Christ do His best in your life today, by seeking Him first?

January was a blessed month as we focused on II Chronicles 7:14. A series of four sermons were preached concerning the steps needed to take for The Road to Revival.  The question arised; Are you willing to take those steps to see revival in your life and in your home today?  The church is only as holy as the home is. John R. Rice quotes.

If you are visiting with us today, we pray that you will recieve a blessing by the singing and preaching from God's Holy Word.  It is always encouraging to see new faces in the pews.  If you do not have a Bible believing church, would you prayerfully consider making Victory Baptist your church home today.  We love the Lord and we love people.  Have a great day in your walk with God.

Keep Christ First,

Happy New Year!!!

Praise the Lord for another year to be able to serve.  Many commitments are made at this time of year and forgotten as the year presses forward.  If you have made a commitment to the Lord, keep them and hold true to your promise as Christ is not slack concerning His promises.

We are looking forward to see God's blessings this year and the forward steps He will take us as we strive together to serve and please our Saviour.  God has blessed in many ways this past year, with many joining the church, new converts and baptisms, and a church family that loves serving Christ and obedient to His Word.  Look ahead and let God begin a new work in your life today.

If you do not have a church home, we pray that you would prayerfully consider making Victory Baptist Church your church home.  God has allowed us with people who love the Lord and love telling others of Christ.  A healthy church is a growing church in all aspects' growing spiritually is the most important.  May God blessyou with a new beginning this year as we purpose to live a life that is pleasing to our Saviour.

Keep Christ First,

Pastor Dan Stinger,   II Timothy 3:14
